The kitchen/dining area is equipped with dishwasher, electric oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
The spacious, comfortable lounge is accessed by three steps leading from the kitchen. It has a flat screen TV with built-in Freeview channels, DVD, i-pod docking station and Hi-fi. We provide books to read, games to play and puzzles to solve! Wifi is also available.
The cottage is available year round and is ideal for relaxing weekends, holidays and short term lets. There is off road parking for up to two cars and a patio area at the front of the cottage with a small table and two chairs.

Well served by public footpaths, North Newington is a quiet unspoilt village which is located on the Oxfordshire Cycleway connecting areas of outstanding natural beauty. There is a traditional country pub in the village serving traditional ales, bar snacks and evening meals.
Banbury is a bustling market town within easy reach of the Cotswolds, Oxford, Stratford upon Avon and London is less than an hour by train. There are numerous National Trust properties in the area including Stowe Landscape Gardens, Blenheim Palace and Upton House. The cottage is perfectly situated for Cropredy Music Festival, Cornbury Festival and motor racing at Silverstone.
