”We loved our stay here at the cottage. The location is idyllic and the space is beautiful. We went over to the blinking owl for dinner and the landlords were lovely and welcoming. We didn’t actually meet our hosts but communication was great. They have two gorgeous labradors who are friendly but not imposing. I would definitely stay again. We went to Oxford which was approximately 35 minutes away. Would definitely stay again:)

”What a wonderful place to stay!! The cottage is in the owners grounds so Charlie the dog had a secure place to explore. Mary & Justin are so lovely and helpful. They have two friendly dogs too. The cottage has everything you need and more. The bed is so comfortable!! The village is lovely & quiet with loads of beautiful walks on your doorstep. The pub across the road allows dogs & we had a really nice meal there. Can’t wait to return. Thankyou Mary!!

”Mary’s cottage is superbly located in the small village of North Newington. With lots of lovely walks to choose from, we spent most of our time out and about getting our step count up but it was lovely to come back to a warm and cosy cottage for a glass of wine in the homely sitting room. Ideal for 2 people for a long weekend and situated within stumbling distance from some great local pubs in nearby towns and villages. Thank you for everything!
